Questions

Do I need a cookie banner?

No. crowne sets no cookies, stores nothing on the device, and keeps no personal data, so there is nothing to ask consent for.

What happens when the trial ends?

The dashboard locks until you pick a plan. We keep counting your events for 30 more days, so you lose nothing.

What if I go over my plan?

One month over does nothing. After two months in a row, we email you; a week later the dashboard locks until you upgrade. We never stop counting.

Where is my data?

In the EU. You can export any report as CSV, and delete a site with all of its data at any time.

Who handles payment and tax?

Stripe, as the merchant of record. Your invoices include the right tax for your country.
